One-Day Workshops at NJ Visual Arts Center – Winter 2010 Drawing & Painting: The Urban Landscape Learn to capture the motion and rhythm of the urban landscape in a loose expressive manner. Drawing & Painting: Fabric & Drapery Folds Learn to paint fabric and drapery folds in a loose, impressionistic manner. Working in the medium of your choice (oil, acrylic or pastel) you’ll learn how to capture surface texture, gesture, and form/value when depicting fabrics such as satin, lace and other challenging materials.
